Meet the Owner

My name is Ari Martinez, I am originally from TN & have lived in Tulsa since 2015.

I am a mom of 2 & a wifey of 1 (😂)

The thought of starting my own venue came when I was shopping around for a place to have a baby shower for my SIL. I fell in love with the venue that I saw in 2020 & later was the venue where I was married in Oct 2023. I started working for myself at the beginning of February 2024 after 8 years of working full time! I now own & manage my own venue @violasvenuellc 💜 Doing this for myself has given me more family time, me time & a chance to be creative which I really enjoy doing. Follow my business page & follow me on my journey! I would really appreciate it 😊🌷

Packages, services & rentals available

Included in venue rental: Personalized Event Sign, 10 Round Tables, 2 Rectangle tables, 80 chairs, Women’s & Men’s Restrooms, Kitchenette With Fridge, Sink & Prep Table.

Max Capacity is 150 people - Renter is responsible to find outside rentals of their choice to accommodate more than 80 guests.

The renter can serve their own alcohol or hire a licensed Bartender. License must be held onsite during the event and presented to Viola’s Venue prior to the event.

The renter is responsible for cleaning all decorations, sweeping, mopping & returning tables & chairs back to their initial setup, chairs on top of tables.

In-House cleaning may be provided for a fee of $200.

Half of balance due at booking (Nonrefundable). Remainder to be paid on or before the event.

Security deposit of $200 is required and may be refunded once ensured the renter has cleaned after their event and nothing has been damaged/missing. Additional Fees may apply for missing property. Please advise Viola’s Venue know of any damages that occur during your event. Signed Contract & Deposit are required for every event reservation.
